PayPal is our preferred method of payment as this offers a safe and secure online payment method. You can pay directly through your PayPal account or if you don’t have an account using your credit card through the PayPal site.

All prices on our website are GST inclusive.

Shipping
- We Ship Australia Wide using standard delivery with either Australia Post or Sendle
- We offer the following flat rate shipping
- $4.00 on Jewellery and Car clip Orders
- $9.95 on Candles, Reeds, Melts, Tea Light Burners and Essential Oils.
- $12.00 on Ultrasonic Diffusers and large Gift Packs
- Free Shipping on all orders over $130.00 (Australia Only)
Overseas Shipping
Is available to New Zealand only, however at this stage we are unable to offer flat rate or free shipping to our New Zealand Customers, (we are working on this) shipping cost will be provided at checkout.
Orders are Dispatched within 48 hours after receipt of order.
Returns Policy
Every care is taken when packing your order for delivery. If for some reason your purchase is damaged during transit, we will offer you a full refund or replacement provided the following is followed.
- A Photo of the damaged packaging and Goods is taken and sent to us within 12 hours of receiving your order.
- All Claims must be made within 12 hours of receiving your order.
- The Products are posted back at the purchaser’s expense, unless it is unsafe to do so due to broken glass.
- A replacement product will be posted out once returned product is received or a refund will be given onto the same card or method that the purchase was made from.
- If product is deemed unsafe to post back, a replacement product will be sent or a Refund given once sufficient photos of damaged product / products have been received.
- All products / monies will be either dispatched or refunded within 48 hours of a decision being made that is agreed upon by both parties.
Please note our Returns Policy does not include:
- Change of Mind (so please pick your product carefully)
- Wrong Fragrance, Essential Oil or Product Ordered (so once again please choose your product and fragrance carefully)
Safety and Care of Products Once Received
Allure Expressions will not be liable for any loss or expense arising after the products have been unpacked, and or otherwise used. Allure Expressions will not be liable for any contingent, consequential, direct, indirect special or punitive damages.
Please read and follow all Candle and Product Guidelines and Safety Instructions, Allure Expressions will not be liable for any Candle or product negligence, especially if product safety guidelines have not been followed.
Cancelled Orders
An order can only be cancelled up to the point it is despatched, we despatch orders promptly, so to cancel please contact us immediately, if cancellation has not been received before your purchase has left our control you will have to continue on with your purchase and accept delivery of your order, once again no refunds will be given due to change of mind or wrong fragrance ordered.
